So, fun fact: Today is National Cake Decorating Day. According to daysoftheyear.com October 10th has been set aside to celebrate “the artistry and creativity that goes into making cakes not just delicious, but also visually stunning.” 

Cakes are a sweet delight that go back in history for centuries. Cakes can be found in some shape or form in almost every country in the world. Here in the United States, it is difficult to find a birthday celebration or a wedding without a cake. But truthfully, many of us could eat cake every day!
