Halloween: It's not just for kids!
As an adult, Halloween is one of those holidays that can pass you by, without so much as the blink of an eye. Especially if you don’t have children, or your children are grown. And if you live in a very rural area like I do, it’s unlikely there will be too many knocks at your door from trick-or-treaters. But that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate the holiday. As a matter of fact, it seems like a GREAT excuse TO celebrate.
What am I thinking? Host a Halloween dinner party. If you really want to get fully-involved, make it a costume party. You could even suggest a theme, where your guests have to come dressed as a character from a certain book, or movie. Either way, you can really have fun with this one.
