Maybe this is going to become an annual post, as I shared some unique pumpkin recipes with you last fall. I’ve said it before, but I just can’t get over the sheer number of pumpkin foods and beverages that are available to us. The first orange leaf drops from a tree and every coffee shop, restaurant and grocery store is offering up their latest pumpkin flavored trend.
Why? Well, because they are (mostly) delicious! After the hot summer days, we find ourselves craving those spicy fall flavors associated with warm sweaters and cozy wood fires. And I’ve got to give in to the laws of supply and demand. I’m pretty certain these offerings wouldn’t be so prevalent if there wasn’t a market for them!
