Seeing Red
During the hot, hazy days of summer, I like to unwind with a nice cold beer, or maybe a chilled white wine spritzer. Whether sitting by the pool with a few friends or attending a family barbecue, these seem to be the most refreshing options. But as soon as the temperatures start to drop the weather has got me seeing red.
I can’t say why exactly, but in the fall I begin to crave a rich, velvety glass of red wine with dinner and my first choice in party punch is a fruity, tasty red wine sangria. And while I will never turn down a traditional sangria, I’ve collected a few of the more unique recipes to share as well!
