We are well into August, and as much as I love to hang onto summer as long as I possibly can, I can’t help but notice the subtle glow that is beginning to take place. Vibrant, velvety green lawns and crisp blue skies filled with billowy white clouds, are beginning to give way to the soft yellows of late summer wildflowers and the burnt oranges of early evening sunsets.

This has led me to reflect upon our glassware and rediscover those collections that are perfect for transitioning from summer picnics to autumn entertaining. Here are some of my favorites:
