Parisian L'Amour Collection
As a young woman, in my twenties, I had the unique opportunity to spend a lot of time in Europe. As an artist, Europe is a dream come true. That’s not to say that there isn’t immense beauty in these beautiful United States, but in Europe, everything is simply older, so there is naturally more of a history and a merging of timeless cultures there.
Just as Spanish tiles inspired my Barcelona Blue Collection, my Parisian L’Amour glassware celebrates my lifelong love affair with Paris. One of my favorite places in the world is the Tuileries Garden, especially in the spring. Open to the public in 1667 (YES! 1667) the gardens have evolved over hundreds of years and since the 19th century, has been known as the best place to sit, relax, and stroll, whether it’s with a sweetheart or with your children.
The dainty hearts that intertwine on the opaque or clear portions of our Parisian L’Amour Glassware signify the lovely gardens that regenerate year after year as well as the people who amble through the park with their loved ones, creating lifelong memories with one another.
